Inspirit Therapies is a complementary therapy practice run by Anoushka Lucas-Howells. Anoushka is a trained Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner and is fully insured to work as a complementary therapist.
Inspirit Therapies offers you a holistic approach to complementary therapy. In the short term treatments encourage relaxation and general well being. Day to day stresses and pressures are temporarily forgotten, providing an extremely beneficial and uplifting experience. In the longer term these treatments, combined with changes in lifestyle, may increase your vitality and may therefore make a profound difference to you, your life and the lives of those around you.
Anoushka practices from her therapy room which is based in the Bicester area. However, appointments can be arranged in your own home subject to a surcharge which incorporates travel expenses.
